It's excellent for group weekend get away, it's located in a remote area, for more information it's best to call them.

Lake Williamson is a pleasant well-maintained summer camp and retreat center. I’ve been to quite a number of weekend retreats here as well as a weeklong summer camp. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities that the camp provides are pretty good for a retreat center. It’s conveniently located in between St. Louis and Springfield just off I-55, only a four hour drive from Chicagoland. The food can get a little redundant when you spend a whole week at the camp. Overall, I would recommend this as an option if you’re looking for a retreat center to rent.
I loved this place and the expericence I had here with my amazing youth group, the rooming was amazing, was very saddened the food was not as great as we had hoped or as it had been in the past, and some workers withheld things that we were actually able to do but they said no (indoor pool) and they over booked The entire place which made things very difficult. Over all it was amazing just had some minor faults that would be an extremely easy fix!!!
Worked well for our youth event. Lots of spaces for them to play, exercise, goof off with friends. Special diet items on an as,requested basis. Rooms were quiet and most sleep 6. There are tvs with limited channels in each room. Auditorium and meeting rooms worked well for our group of about 200. Other smaller groups were there at the same time. No problems.
We only stayed in the RV section, so we do not know about anything else.
