It's been some time since I'd been back to Jim's - since I work in Springfield so I've tended to have work done up there, out of convenience - not to mention that my recent vehicles have been foreign. So, I assumed it best to take to a shop that primarily did that kind of work.
I can't say enough good things about Costello's and would recommend them (and have) to anyone that wants quality service.
Everytime I've taken a vehicle in the work was done well, quickly and at a very fair price. Most recently I described my problem and as we're talking Jim diagnosed it and it was fixed that same day - again at a very reasonable price.
My experiences with Costello's has been GREAT!! Over the past few months they've worked on my car twice (2001 Volvo V70). In between those visits they also looked at my 1997 Chevy pickup.
I couldn't have been more wrong because Jim and his mechanics seem to know there way around most any vehicel.
